able2achieve offers both Residential support (registered residential provision based in South Somerset) and structured day provision in collaboration with Coombe farm estates (near Crewkerne) which enables skills to be developed in realistic working environments.
Our ethos and values base is one of ensuring a Person Centred approach in the achievement of agreed individual goals in consultation with the Individual and key stakeholders, Dedicated staff support you throughout the assessment process enabling positive transition
able2achieve work with and provide services for individuals who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Our services provide support to individuals from 16-64 (specialising on the 16-25yrs demographic NEET group).
We support individuals to develop the skills required to move onto the next stage in their lives and successfully access appropriate living environments and work opportunities
These include:
Realistic learning and working activities
Life skills, Catering, Horticulture, Grounds Maintenance, Wood work Enterprise Animal Husbandry Car Valeting, Office Skills Farm Shop, Cattery, Computer
Meaningful Enrichment Activities
Drama/ Dance, Cooking, ICT Centre, Specialist Therapies e.g. SALT, Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy
