NORSACA is the regional autism charity supporting people affected by autism from across the East Midlands.

NORSACA’s Work and Learn Centre is a practical skills environment, based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The Work and Learn Centre offers a specialist autism person-centred environment where individuals are supported and helped to manage their anxieties and behaviours. Our experienced staff work with students to help them develop an individual plan of activities. The centre helps people to develop existing and new skills by creating a structured timetable within a supportive environment.

Flexible attendance and packages of 1 – 5 days per week enable students to develop their independent living and social skills. Students also have the opportunity to access appropriate accreditation and certificates matched to their learning needs and styles. All students are provided support that is tailored to their individual needs to help them develop their full potential, including access to specialist equipment and resources where needed.
