The college aims to help students with moderate to severe learning disabilities to develop as individuals and group members and to gain skills to enhance their independence and maturity as adults.
The Curriculum:
Classes in general knowledge, art, movement, basic skills and IT are complemented by practical workshop training. Independent living and basic skills teaching is integrated into life in extended family households. Students have access to both accredited and non-accredited courses on site or at local FE colleges and are supported to progress to work experience on and off site as appropriate.
