General Description of College:
The College is registered for 28 residential placements, with space for further day placements.  The age range is 16-35 years, although most young people are aged 18-24.  Our specialism is rehabilitation after acquired brain injury and we provide programmes of learning for each individual learner that lead towards the acquisition of new skills, relearning lost skills and restoring lost function.

The Curriculum:
The College provides an integrated 24 hour curriculum of Education, Life Skills and Neuro-rehabilitation programme delivered by a multidisciplinary team of specialist teachers, therapists and support worker.  Most learners are on this main programme.  There is also a Transitional Programme led by Occupational Therapists and Life Skills tutors to facilitate greater independent living and community reintegration for those who are ready.

Specialist Facilities:
Our greatest asset is our multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively.  They work in classrooms that are well equipped for the learning of ILT utilising a range of assistive technology.  There is a large physio gym, a range of treatment rooms for our permanent therapists in 5 disciplines, a kitchenette for supervised snack and meal preparation, bed sits, flats and a cottage for learning independence skills.
