ISC Leadership Online Toolkit
The LSIS online toolkit is an accessible resource tailored specifically to the needs of leaders and managers in ISCs. Designed and produced in collaboration with Natspec it provides information and reflective activities covering a wide range of key issues for leaders in the sector including strategic planning, leadership skills in times of change and preparation for inspection. Learning carried out using the toolkit can be counted towards the user’s continuing profession development (CPD) requirement with each user having an individual learning log.
