Arrangements for regional meetings:	The NW ISC regional network is well established. It has strong regional and local links and operates a very effective Peer Review and Development (PRD) process in conjunction with the LSIS Support for Excellence programme. Meetings of the ISC principals take place about 5 times a year (arranged to be shortly in advance of the Natspec Board meetings) in one or other of the colleges. The chair currently is Chris Mayho (Principal at Langdon College) and the chair is responsible for the minutes of the meeting. The group has been well supported by the LSC and has been assured of continuing support through the successor organisation. Other regular meetings related to the NW ISC network include: Teaching and Learning Observation group, SAR Validation panels; and a variety of regional and national groups including Databridge Users group, regional AoC, the national AoC Strategic Quality group, several local GFE and Sixth Form College Principals.
